Right of complaint

You have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or get a price reduction—depending on the situation. The complaint does not cover faults caused by incorrect storage or handling. Remember to complain within a reasonable time after you discover the fault.For complaints, the item should be sent to:

Right of withdrawal when buying food

Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, food (such as apple juice) is exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, as it can deteriorate quickly.
This means that, as a rule, you cannot cancel your purchase of our products.

However, you are always covered by the rules on defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If you receive a defective item or an item that does not meet expectations (for example, if it was damaged during transport or tastes wrong), please contact us as soon as possible at kundeservice@nybrofrugt.dk with your order number and preferably a photo. We’ll find a solution—either an exchange or a refund.
