Autumn brings harvest time and apples from the orchard, while winter brings local specialities such as non-alcoholic apple mulled drink, honey and apple juice.

Nybro Juice is apple juice from Funen, cold-pressed from hand-picked apples from our own orchard in Mesinge near Kerteminde.
The juice is made using traditional methods in our own press house and gently pasteurised at 80 degrees to ensure a longer shelf life.

Our apple juice is made from the season’s hand-picked apples, and the taste naturally varies throughout the season. That gives you an authentic flavour of fresh fruit. Over the years, we’ve experimented with different flavour combinations and had great success with the following products:
All varieties are made from our own apples and natural ingredients, with no artificial additives.
During the season, we also offer a wide selection of fresh produce grown in our own orchard. The selection includes, among other things, new potatoes, strawberries, cherries, apples, pears and plums, depending on the weather and the season. We have apples and pears in our farm shop on Funen from mid-August to May, and we grow both old and new varieties, with Elstar and Filippa among the most popular.
Nature sets the pace, so at times the selection may be limited—for example, if rain and mud prevent us from harvesting potatoes.
